Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on the products. We ask that you please do not return products to the address found on the package as this will go back to the warehouse the product was printed in, which in turn is an additional expense to us that is out of our control.

Instead, if you get an item you are not happy with, please let us know at info@minilimestore.com within 30 days and we can look into sending you a new product at no additional cost or arrange a refund. You will be able to keep the item you ordered originally too (we suggest passing it along to a friend!). To ensure that this is not used maliciously, we may require evidence towards the reason of your return before proceeding.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please let us know immediately with a photo showing the damaged goods. You can email us at info@minilimestore.com with the photo attached and we will send a replacement at no cost.
